In January 2017, I marched. More than one million people did. And then I went home and sat on my couch. I pictured everyone else who marched and went home to their couches. And I thought:

"What if each one of us did just one thing to help? That'd be more than a million things."

And a million things makes a movement.

It's time. We all know it's time.

We gotta just pick one thing and do it.

Make one donation.

Write one postcard.

Make one call.

Volunteer for one day.

And, in so doing, maybe - just maybe-we'll save our democracy.
